Human Performance Lab

Trainer assists person on a cycling machine to read vital levels and improve stamina.

The physiology lab is the cornerstone of the Peak Center for Human Performance. Using state of the art laboratory equipment and our testing protocols we develop a complete sport specific fitness profile in a controlled environment. This allows us to determine the underlying physical strengths and weaknesses without the influence of skill, strategy or psychology that often affects less controlled performance tests.

Armed with the knowledge of each athlete’s individual physiology we can develop targeted training plans to create the maximum training effect in the shortest time.
