PEAK Center’s scientific approach to training and training individualization will help ensure that you are training the right way at the right time for you and not just following a generic training model. We offer a full range of performance and fitness enhancement services including sport and goal specific fitness testing, sport training and coaching, training plan design, weight management, nutritional services, body composition and bone density screening (DEXA), functional movement screening (FMS), gut microbiome testing (IXCELA), and more!

The Individual Sport Specific Plans are designed for to enhance your athletic conditioning as it relates to your performance. PEAK Center offers coaching for many sports including Triathlon, Running, Ultra Running/Endurance Sport, Cycling, Single and Multi-sport programs as well as general fitness many other sports.
